I’m Terry, a property manager with a hands‑on, people‑first approach and a passion for creating smooth, stress‑free stays for guests and owners alike. I currently look after a couple of short‑term rental homes, one in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and another in Epworth, North Lincolnshire. I deal with all the day to day running, handling everything from advertising and guest communication to organising cleaners and ordering tea and shampoo as well as the occasional website updates.

I’m big on clarity, fairness, and great service. Whether I’m welcoming contractors, families, business travellers, or long‑term insurance guests, my goal is always the same: clean, comfortable homes, seamless communication, and a reliable experience that people want to return to.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple aim: make things easy for people,  guests, owners, partners and myself, while building a business that’s flexible, scalable, and full of personality.

Some of the messages you receive will be automated to confirm your booking and give you details of how to collect the keys etc but all inbound messages are read by me and responded to as required.
